『 休日のおやつ 』



ある日、仕事でくたびれて帰宅してくる妻におやつでも作ろうかなと、

ふと思い立ってチーズケーキを作りました。



喜んでくれるものですから、色々なレシピで焼き続け、気づけば10年が過ぎていました。



VERONICA WORKSのルーツは、そんなささやかなものです。



チーズケーキは、福岡県の小さな工房で一つ一つ手作業で作っております。

“An Afternoon treat” 



One day, I baked my wife a cheesecake who had come home exhausted from work.

It made her so happy that it inspired me to continue perfecting my recipes for the next 10 years.



This is how VERONICA WORKS began.



Our cheesecakes are baked in a tiny workshop in Fukuoka.



We put this same love & care into each of our products,



hoping they will bring a smile to your face.

高品質で安心な製品をお届けするために、受注生産という方法を選択いたしました。

原材料の過剰な確保や、製品の作り置きはいたしておりません。

一つ一つ厳選した食材の『 美味しい 』の積み重ねが、私たちのチーズケーキを作り上げています。



チーズケーキの主原料は乳製品と卵です。



私たちに素晴らしい素材を提供してくださる生産者と自然に敬意を込めて、

ベロニカワークスのシンボルマークは『 たまご 』と『 牛のつの 』をモチーフにいたしました。

食品に対する感謝の気持ちを忘れずに、仕入・製造を行っております。



人と人との繋がりを大切にしています。



原材料生産、パッケージ、配送。チーズケーキをお届けする間に様々な方々との関わりがございます。

私たちができることは心を込めてチーズケーキを作ることで、レシピはプロダクトを形成する一つのパーツに過ぎません。

プロダクトを通じてご縁をいただいた各地域に、微力ながら貢献できる一員であれるよう心がけております。

小さな小さなチーズケーキ工房にVERONICA WORKSと名前をつけました。



私たちに関わる全ての方々の思いを込めてお客様にチーズケーキをお届けできることを光栄に思います。




We use fresh ingredients. 



In order to deliver high quality and safe products, we make-to-order. 

We do not keep a large stock of ingredients, and we bake after receiving the orders.

 Each carefully selected ingredients contributes to the rich flavor of our cheesecakes.



The main ingredients of our cheesecakes are dairy products and eggs. 



To thank the farmers who provide such wonderful natural ingredients, 

our symbol is a combination of an egg and a bull’s horns.

We are grateful for each ingredient we use.



We create recipes and bake cheesecakes, but it wouldn’t be possible

without the help and support of many people.



From the farmers which produce the ingredients, the workshop that makes 

each of our packages to the shipping companies, we are supported by many people.

In turn, we’d like to give back to our community.



We named our tiny cheesecake shop “VERONICA WORKS” after the flower.

 “VERONICA” is which symbolizes sincerity, and 

“WORKS” represents all the effort put into each product.



Each of our cheesecakes is prepared and packaged with the utmost care and attention to detail. 

We are honored to be able to deliver them to our customers.
